Website Sponsor
Help the committee members and volunteers of RMSC maintain an active and up-to-date website. The Website Sponsor’s company logo is featured on the RMSC website on the Home page. Website sponsorship is $500 per year.

Swag Bag Sponsor
To greet our conference attendees, the current RMSC committee passes out swag bags on the conference’s first day at registration. The Swag Bag Sponsor’s company logo is featured on the outside of the swag bag as well as on the RMSC website on the Home page and conference itinerary. Swag bag sponsors also have the option of adding company labeled items to the Swag Bags for additional brand recognition. Swag Bag sponsorship is $1000 each year.

Welcome Reception Sponsor
Each year RMSC is kicked off by a Welcome Reception which gives all attendees a chance to socialize and meet other schedulers and their guests. This is an event not-to-miss! Welcome Reception sponsors will get their logo on the RMSC website on the Home page and conference itinerary. The sponsor’s logo will also be featured at the Welcome Reception via poster, tablecloth, or in a mutually agreed upon manner. The Welcome Reception sponsor will receive one waived conference registration fee and is $3000 each year.

Conference Hotel Sponsor
Each year, the RMSC annual committee researches and decides upon a hotel to host the conference. Besides the hours of research committee members put it, there are many fees hotels charge to reserve dates, event rooms, and room blocks in order to host a group of our size. The Conference Hotel sponsor is an integral part of RMSC. Sponsors get their logo on the homepage of the RMSC website and on the conference itinerary. Each Conference Hotel sponsor receives two waived conference registration fees and is $5000 each year.

Destination Sponsor
In addition to networking, speaker events, and field tours, RMSC hosts an evening with dinner and entertainment in our destination city. Sponsors get their logo on the homepage of the RMSC website and on the conference itinerary. The sponsor’s logo can be featured via poster, tablecloth, photo backdrop or etc. at RMSC’s featured event evening. Destinations Sponsors will receive up to five waived registration fees waived for the sponsorship year. Destination Sponsor status is given for donations of $7,000 and above.
